Resmed AirFit F20 Compatible Full Face Cushion

1. Remove the old cushion from your F20 mask frame.
2. Inspect the replacement SynoCare cushion and ensure it is clean and undamaged.
3. Align the new cushion with the F20 mask frame.
4. Press the cushion into the frame evenly around the entire perimeter until it is properly seated.
5. Check that there are no twists, folds or gaps between the cushion and frame.
6. Reconnect the elbow and CPAP/BiPAP tubing.
7. Put on the mask and adjust the headgear comfortably.
8. Start your PAP device and check for air leakage.
9. If necessary, reposition the mask or make small headgear adjustments.

The F20's modular design allows its cushion to be removed and replaced while retaining the mask frame. 

When Should You Replace the Cushion?

Replace the cushion when you notice:

• Visible wear or deterioration
• Cracks, tears or deformation
• Loss of the original shape
• Increasing air leakage despite correct fitting
• Reduced comfort or poor sealing
• Excessive stiffness or deterioration of the silicone

ResMed's replacement-parts guidance specifically describes the F20 cushion as a replaceable component, allowing users to replace worn or damaged parts rather than the entire mask. 

Important Compatibility Note

SynoCare F20 Replacement Cushion is intended for use with the ResMed AirFit F20 full-face mask frame. Select the same cushion size as your existing F20 mask.

It should not be described as compatible with every ResMed mask. The AirFit F20, AirTouch F20 and their cushion systems have specific compatibility characteristics; verify the exact mask model before purchase. 

Also, if your product is a silicone SynoCare replacement, don't confuse it with the AirTouch F20 UltraSoft memory-foam cushion, which is a different component.
